About the role
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians and families.
- Provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members to plan effective care in line with ASHA standards.
- Assess communication, cognition, and swallowing functions, and develop treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with professional guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
Schedule
Full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek and on-site work environment.
