About the role
Provides essential therapy support to patients, helping them overcome communication challenges.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
- Identify issues and modify therapy approaches as necessary.
- Track, document, and monitor patient progress and responses to therapy.
- Support and celebrate patient victories throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure or certification according to state regulations.
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience accepted.
