Clinical Speech Pathologist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy to enhance functional outcomes and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and progress.
• Accurately document patient care and progress.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment with growth opportunities.

Requirements
