Speech Therapist (ST) – Home Health | East Bay Territories (FT & Per Diem)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care.
• Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current California Speech Therapy License
• Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver’s License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field

Pay

• Pay Rate: $125,000 – $146,000 per year DOE

Schedule

• Fully Remote / Full Time / Part Time / Per Diem
