Speech Therapist (ST) for Home Health

About the role

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Spanish Speaking Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
• Treat patients when and where you want, with no minimum requirement!
• Determine your compensation based on the number of patients you treat.
• Receive administrative support from our team for assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Document patient visits using our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system.
• Focus on providing one-on-one treatment to meet the needs of each patient.
• Access patients through our innovative app Cliniconnects.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• A current Speech Therapist license issued by the state board of Speech Therapy - The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Speak Spanish.
