About the Role
Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Peoria area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough speech evaluations and diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with referral sources, patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Perform client-centered assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy.
- Document progress and manage caseloads.
- Revise treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
- Must hold or be eligible for Illinois licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Preferably a member of ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association).
- Ability to treat diverse client populations.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
