About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to provide home health services, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional assessments and developing treatment plans in coordination with healthcare team members
• Delivering interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive functions
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, response to treatment, and condition changes
• Educating patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques and participation

Requirements

• State licensure in Speech Therapy
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit

Skills

Clinical assessment, treatment planning, effective communication, documentation, teamwork, and adaptability.

Pay

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with a full-time range from $78,800 to $118,320 annually.
