About the role

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to provide home health services, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Providing speech therapy within legal and professional scope, in coordination with the healthcare team
• Assessing patient function using diagnostic tests and assisting in developing treatment plans
• Implementing interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting patient responses and condition changes to supervising staff
• Educating patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques

Qualifications

• State licensure in Speech Therapy
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation or access to public transit
