About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to provide home health services, focusing on assessing and treating speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans within scope of practice in coordination with healthcare team
• Evaluate patient function and assist in therapy plan development
• Deliver interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises

Requirements

• Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
