Position Overview: The Speech Therapist delivers quality patient care based on physician orders, including assessments, treatments, care planning, and family training. Key Responsibilities Provide prescribed Speech Therapy services and develop evaluation reports.Create and maintain individualized Plans of Care aligned with therapy goals and outcomes.Coordinate services with healthcare teams, physicians, families, and discharge planning.Ensure confidentiality and effective communication among staff, patients, and families.Serve as a clinical resource for staff and document patient progress and needs in reports. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.Unrestricted SLP license in the practice state.Current CPR certification.Preferably at least one year of recent experience in an acute care setting.
