Therapist - Part Time

Role Overview This position involves evaluating and assessing patients to establish functional, measurable goals aimed at restoring abilities. The therapist develops and implements personalized treatment plans, providing interventions aligned with established objectives and documenting progress in medical records. They evaluate treatment effectiveness, re-assess patient status, and modify plans as needed. Discharge planning includes patient and family education, follow-up, and community resource referrals. The role may include supervising clinical students and support staff, contributing to healthcare improvement initiatives, and completing assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Experience in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.Basic skills such as keyboarding, mouse use, and site navigation.Relevant licensure, including BLS certification within 14 days of hiring.
