Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu
• Accurately take orders, confirming all special requests
• Master the menu, understanding its details to enhance conversations
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Assist guests with concerns to ensure they are satisfied
• Present bills accurately and promptly

Requirements

• An engaging and welcoming personality
• Descriptive and skilled in selling
• Two to four years of food service experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Food service experience preferred

Pay

$6.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time position. Nights from 5pm - 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Additional shifts may be available based on availability.
