About the role

We are seeking a PRN Speech Therapist to support patients in their homes, focusing on speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans
• Performing interventions to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive functions
• Collaborating with healthcare team members and physicians to coordinate care
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting patient progress and responses to treatment
• Instructing patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and exercises

Requirements

• Licensed in Speech Therapy within the state of residence
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
