About the role

The Speech-Language Pathologist plans and implements treatment programs for patients across all ages, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide effective care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans based on accepted practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in speech-language pathology.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• High school diploma required; additional certifications preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques across age groups.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work within established clinical guidelines and protocols.
