Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

Assess and treat adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in their homes. Develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and provide education to patients and families. Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Conduct assessments, implement therapy interventions, educate patients and families, and coordinate with healthcare team members to support patient recovery and improve quality of life.
