About the role
Provide comprehensive speech therapy services to patients in home health care settings within Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized speech therapy sessions
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license to practice in Florida
- Experience in home health care setting preferred
