Provide skilled home health care visits in Palm Beach County.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy treatments at clients' homes
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist
- Experience with home health care services
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
