Provide skilled home health care visits to patients in Martin County.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy treatments at patient’s home
- Assess patient’s condition and progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience
