About the role

Responsibilities
- Assess patient function related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognition
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic interventions to improve communication and functional abilities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
Requirements
- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekend rotations
