Speech Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
• Provide comprehensive treatment plans including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Participate in developing and implementing resident assessments and care plans.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life by providing optimal care and addressing care plans.

About the Role

Located in beautiful North Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

Requirements

Must provide current license and/or registration as Speech Language Pathologist.
