Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and efficient speech-language pathology services, designing and executing individualized treatment plans.
• Address speech, communication, and swallowing disorders or deficits to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient abilities.
• View patients holistically, tailoring programs to their unique needs and goals.
• Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings with flexibility and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.
• Perform related tasks such as equipment maintenance, documentation, and attending meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a related field acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified, or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $39.50 – USD $48.00 per hour. Sign-on bonus up to USD $20,000.00.
