Speech Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language needs.
• Modifying therapy approaches based on patient progress.
• Tracking, documenting, and analyzing patient performance and responses.
• Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication recovery.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience.
