Speech Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients improve communication, swallowing, and speech disorders through personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance speech and communication abilities.
• Providing patient-centered care by addressing the whole individual and adapting to their needs.
• Collaborating with colleagues and making referrals to ensure comprehensive patient support.
• Educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional skills.
• Contributing to efficient delivery of rehab services, including equipment maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed or certified as required by the state of practice.
