The PRN Speech Pathologist provides essential evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy to improve cognition, communication, and swallowing abilities within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. They deliver professional care aligned with ASHA standards and state regulations, supporting patient recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ communication and swallowing functions
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to enhance cognitive, communication, and swallowing skills

• Maintain documentation and adhere to regulatory standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Maryland licensure and BLS CPR certification
• Strong assessment and therapy skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
