About the Role
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Collaborates as part of the interdisciplinary care team to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and reviews patient information during evaluations and treatment.
- Assists in data collection of patient outcomes.
- Instructs and supervises support staff and assistants in accordance with practice acts.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the practice state required.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ASHA CCC preferred.
- Two years' experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Compliance with regulatory licensing, certification, and accreditation guidelines.
- Ability to instruct and supervise support staff effectively.
- Commitment to safety, including required vaccinations.
