About the role
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
- Prioritizes patient needs
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team
- Supervises interns and clinical fellows
- Educates personnel and the community
- Reports significant incidents
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree required
- Licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR/BLS certification
Preferred: two years’ experience.
