About the role

Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates speech therapy for diverse age groups
  • Prioritizes patient care activities
  • Supervises students, interns, and Clinical Fellows
  • Participates in clinical education and community outreach
  • Reports significant incidents promptly
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure in the state of practice
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • BLS or CPR certification
  • Two years of experience preferred
