Speech Pathologist - FEES Endoscopist

About the role

Provide specialized speech therapy services, primarily focusing on Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) to adult patients in post-acute care settings. Conduct FEES assessments, travel within designated areas, and offer patient care for various diagnoses. Comprehensive training, clinical mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) assessments
• Travel within designated areas to provide speech therapy services
• Provide patient care for adults with various diagnoses, particularly dysphagia
• Comply with legal and ethical standards
• Participate in quality improvement activities
• Collaborate with team members
• Contribute to program growth through community outreach and training

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• At least 2+ years of experience working with adults, especially those with dysphagia
