Speech Language Pathology Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: Flexible, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00PM Location: In-Home Throughout Ventura, CA with occasional on-site support to Santa Barbara, CA Job Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt Pay: $40 per Hour & $20 per Hour for Admin/Training Conducting speech-language screening, without interpretation, and using age-appropriate screeningFollowing and implementing documented treatment plans or protocolsDocumenting progress toward meeting established child and family outcomes and reporting the informationConducting assessments, including, but not limited to, assisting with formal documentation, preparing materials, and performing clerical dutiesScheduling activities and preparing charts, records, graphs, and data.Performing checks and maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, augmentative communication devices (AAC)Carry out in-home sessions specifically tailored to the child’s treatment plan.Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings prepared to contribute to discussions on cases presentedFollow administrative requests such as keeping current notes, progress reports, employee certifications, or any other required documentation/renewals necessary for continued employment Benefits Amazon Medical One (24/7 Virtual Telehealth via App)Flex DaysPaid Sick LeavePaid Time Off (PTO)Mileage Reimbursement401k with Employer MatchTechnology Stipend
