Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a home health setting. You will work within a team, providing care across Walla Walla County and nearby areas, with travel up to 60 miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient assessments and therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure quality care and maintain documentation
• Provide speech and swallowing therapy in a home health environment
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active Washington SLP license; Oregon license required or obtainable during assignment
• Minimum 12 months of recent Home Health SLP experience
• Experience with HCHB EMR preferred
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
