About the role
Join as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a home health setting. You will work within a team, providing care across Walla Walla County and nearby areas, with travel up to 60 miles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient assessments and therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure quality care and maintain documentation
- Provide speech and swallowing therapy in a home health environment
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain compliance with licensing requirements
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Washington SLP license; Oregon license required or obtainable during assignment
- Minimum 12 months of recent Home Health SLP experience
- Experience with HCHB EMR preferred
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
