Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

About the role

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech Language Pathologist and help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve communication and swallowing disorders.
• Explore a new part of the country while providing care.
• Support patients across the continuum of care using evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Influence patient outcomes and functional communication and swallowing progress.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dysphagia management and standardized assessment tools.
• Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
