About the Role
Join a travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) team to provide communication and swallowing therapy in a home health setting. You will deliver direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and standardized documentation to support patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients to improve communication and swallowing functions.
- Document care using HCHB and OASIS systems.
- Maintain productivity standards and adhere to documentation requirements.
- Support patient goals through evidence-based interventions.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Ohio SLP license.
- At least 12 months of recent home health experience.
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation systems.
- BLS certification may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with productivity expectations in home health settings.
Key Duties
- Provide services in a designated territory with no on-call, weekend, or holiday shifts.
- Maintain productivity of 32 points weekly.
