About the role

Provide evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver speech-language pathology services across two facilities within the Detroit/Ypsilanti region, with floating between sites as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Active Michigan SLP license.
  • BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Experience in dysphagia management.

Schedule

Dayshift hours (08:30–16:30, Monday–Friday) for a 13-week assignment, split between two facilities.
