About the role
Provide evaluation and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver speech-language pathology services across two facilities within the Detroit/Ypsilanti region, with floating between sites as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Active Michigan SLP license.
- BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities.
- Experience in dysphagia management.
Schedule
Dayshift hours (08:30–16:30, Monday–Friday) for a 13-week assignment, split between two facilities.
