Role: A flexible PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for evaluating and developing individualized speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Key Responsibilities: Implement and revise therapy plans, provide patient and family education, conduct assessments, establish and evaluate treatment goals, and ensure proper documentation. Acts as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program, valid SLP license, and BLS certification. Requires effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills. Core Duties: Deliver quality, cost-conscious care, adhere to ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, participate in professional development, and foster a positive, collaborative environment. Emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards and promotes excellent patient experience using principles like AIDET.
