Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN

About the Role

Provide skilled speech-language pathology therapy in home settings to individuals with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, voice disorders, and cognitive communication issues.
• Work with patients who have experienced strokes or progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.
• Deliver therapy in various home environments, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care facilities.

Requirements

• Valid state SLP license.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation capable of driving in all weather conditions.
• Ability to maintain automobile in good condition.
• Must wear seat belts while driving.
