Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN

About the role

Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in a home-based setting, evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, motor speech, dysphagia, cognitive-communication, and voice disorders. Work with individuals who have experienced strokes or have progressive conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Deliver therapy in diverse home environments, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, and memory care facilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid state SLP license.
• Reliable transportation with automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions and maintain a dependable, well-maintained vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety protocols.
