About the role
This is a full-time position at Phoebe Berks, a highly rated and beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Wernersville, PA. Phoebe Berks offers Short Term Rehab, Long Term Care, Outpatient, and Campus Home Health. The role is Monday through Friday, with 30–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
- Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
- Work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required.
