Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - Full Time

About the role

Full‑time (30 hours) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) position in the sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department at The Pines at Utica, Utica, NY. The facility features an award‑winning rehabilitation team, an experienced rehab director, and offers both short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care caseloads in a fast‑paced environment. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license (or license eligible) to practice in New York.
• Hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
• SNF experience and solid documentation skills are encouraged.

Pay

Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
