Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
  • Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
  • Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatments.
  • Supporting patients' communication victories and overall recovery.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
  • Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's with relevant experience acceptable.

Skills

  • Strong assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in tracking and documenting patient progress.
