Responsibilities
- Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
- Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
- Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatments.
- Supporting patients' communication victories and overall recovery.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
- Completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's with relevant experience acceptable.
Skills
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
