Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with language, motor speech, dysphagia, cognitive communication, voice, and augmentative communication disorders.
• Work with patients affected by stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and other conditions.
• Deliver therapy in various home environments, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, and memory care facilities.
• Provide patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions, supporting patients' health and quality of life in their homes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation suitable for all weather conditions.
• Current licensure as an SLP in the state of employment.
• Ability to drive safely and reliably.
