About the Role

Provide home-based evaluation and treatment for adult and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families.
• Document patient progress following regulatory and agency standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote understanding and compliance.
