Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Aspire Senior Living Malden, a skilled nursing facility located in Malden, MO, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech-language and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified deficits
- Provide speech-language therapy sessions to residents, including articulation, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
- Maintain standards of professional practice and adhere to facility policies and procedures
