About the Role: We are looking for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to our residents and contribute to their overall well-being. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each resident's unique needs. Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in residentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to address resident needsProvide speech-language therapy services to residents, including individual and group sessionsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plansDocument resident progress and treatment outcomesStay current with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathologyMaintain accurate records and adheres to regulatory requirements Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldClinical fellowship completed or in progressCurrent licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of MissouriExperience working with geriatric populations preferred If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role.
