Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a multidisciplinary team in a supportive rehabilitation environment. Provide individualized therapy plans addressing various diseases and impairments. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and families. Work in a setting with progressive treatment modalities and in-house therapy support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
• State licensure in the relevant SNF state.
• Minimum of 1 year of rehab SNF experience preferred.
• Must have the 3 C's (certifications/licenses).
• This is not a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) position.
