Speech-Language Pathologist (Sign-On Bonus)

Role: Speech Language Pathologist responsible for delivering personalized in-home and senior living care to older adults, utilizing a flexible, patient-centered approach. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one speech therapy in private residences and senior communitiesPerform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventionsSupport patient wellness, mobility, and independence through therapy sessionsDocument care activities accurately in electronic medical recordsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, OTs, and fitness specialistsEducate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in placeUtilize telehealth and virtual care to extend access and flexibility Qualifications & Skills Valid state license or eligibility in Speech Language PathologyDegree from an accredited program and current CCC from ASHAProficiency in basic computer and EMR systemsCurrent CPR certification Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform moderate physical effort, assist with patient mobility, and drive between locations. Must wear PPE as needed.
