About the role

The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes, allowing clinicians to create their own schedules and incorporate telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy
- Document patient progress in EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Valid SLP license and accreditation
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- EMR proficiency
- CPR certification
