Responsibilities
- Provide speech‑language therapy in homes, daycares, ABA centers, and our Cary clinic.
- Implement therapy using a coaching model approach, educating parents and caregivers to carry strategies into daily routines.
- Maintain promptness for all visits and communicate schedule changes to the child’s care team.
- Manage your own caseload and set service area limits.
- Work as an independent practitioner while collaborating with a supportive team of therapists.
- Adhere to the “no toy bags” rule when working with children in the CDSA.
- Utilize digital evaluation assessments and protocols provided.
- Benefit from a user‑friendly EHR system and administrative support for referrals, paperwork, doctor’s orders, and billing.
- Access assessment materials, protocols, and free resources.
- Participate in paid training and free monthly teach‑ins for CEUs/CMH.
