About the Role

LifeScape is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join their dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will serve as a positive influencer in the lives of children and families, serving as part of a regional leader in pediatric therapy and services for children with various speech, language, and cognitive limitations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment in a variety of specialty areas such as functional communication needs, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, feeding and swallowing, complex communication needs, autism, and medically complex pediatrics.
  • Collaborate with skilled SLPs, working closely with other professionals and engaging in a mentorship program.
  • Participate in research-based intervention and child-led treatment with interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Gain experience and provide treatment in a variety of specialty areas.
  • Advocate for and support the communication skills of children and families.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible to enter Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Dakota.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
