About the role
We're looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) who enjoy making a difference in the lives of senior patients. Our team provides personalized therapeutic care in senior living communities, focusing on improving quality of life through evidence-based treatments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using various therapeutic techniques.
- Develop and implement treatment programs based on comprehensive clinical evaluations.
- Provide rehabilitative services according to medical orders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Take part in clinical conferences to discuss and coordinate patient care plans.
- Treat residents individually in private sessions, applying a functional treatment approach.
Requirements
- Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
- Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain before starting employment.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
Qualifications

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, with no weekends or holidays required.

Pay
USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 / Hour.
