About the role
We are a pediatric ABA clinic seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing communication, pragmatics, articulation, AAC, and functional communication
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and caregivers while maintaining professional boundaries and evidence-based practices
- Educate and train caregivers to support skill carryover
- Participate in team meetings
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- A Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Kentucky license
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Pediatric experience
- Preferred autism and AAC experience
